Shipping Agreement

  • All orders (excluding ammunition) ships free to locations inside the United States (Shipping and handling is included in purchase price and is non refundable upon returns)
  • Orders containing Guns or Ammunition are charged a hasmat shipping tax of $9.99 at time of checkout.
  • All orders will be processed after a 24-48 hour verification.
  • We ship through UPS Ground. We can NOT bill your UPS account.
  • Gear may also be shipped overnight or second day air for an additional fee (Ammo must be shipped UPS Ground). If you need a different shipping method or need to rush an order, please send an e-mail to with details.
  • PayPal and Bill-me-later service cannot be used for ammunition sales
  • HomeGearForLess ships merchandise from several warehouses in the United States, so you can usually expect to receive your shipment within two - ten business days.

International Buyers – Please Note:

  • International buying is not recommended because of the cost to ship, but if you are buying internationally, please e-mail us ahead of time with information of your location or other important information at (
  • We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.


Attention! Pyle®, Lanzar®, GSI® BrandX® and Pyramid® products are only returnable for exchange or instore credit! The fact that the manufacture only gives us a refund for the product, not the original shipping cost that is figured into our sale price means that we lose money every time an item is returned (even when and if they provide a return label). As for now two out of every five Pyle product ever sold has been returned for various reasons resulting in huge losses. Every dime ever made to date by home gear for less has been lost in sound around returns. the only way our bills are being paid are by the help of our faithful  investers, friends and family.

Unopened New Products:

You may return any unopened brand new product (except products mentioned below) within 30 days of your products shipping date for exchange or store credit. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. All returns must have an RMA#*.

Defective Products:

You may return all defective products (Except Ammo) to (after receiving an RMA#*) for credit or exchange within 15 days from the date of shipment. (if you need help, do not hesitate to contact us by phone or e-mail (see the contact area of our site or the bottom of this page). If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging.

If one of these terms are not met there will be up to a 15% restocking fee. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Shipping it back to us is the customers responsibility

Warranty is void if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is void due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.

Return Policy Notes:

  • After 15 days, please contact the manufacturer directly.
  • Guns and Ammunition CANNOT be returned for ANY reason.
  • All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#*). NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA* number. Please provide customer name, invoice number, and the nature of the problem when calling or emailing for a RMA* number.
  • We cannot issue credit for any return without an authorized RMA#*
  • All products to be returned must be sent within 30 days from the date of shipment, 100% complete, in BRAND NEW condition.
  • Merchandise can be returned only if in original manufacturers packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation and blank warranty cards.
  • Place the manufacturers box into a shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturers package. Ship to us PRE-Paid. For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method; we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • If a package is returned missing any of the manufacturers supplied accessories or there is obvious damage or visible wear and tear to the unit reserves the right to refuse the return, or charge you a restocking fee of not less than 15%.
  • No returns will be accepted if the manufacturers box and/or packaging material is missing.
  • Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable.
  • If shipping label Is placed on gift box shipment will be rejected.
  • We will only accept a return or exchange of an exchange order up to 10 days.
  • If any of the above conditions are not met, reserves the right either to refuse the return or to charge a restock fee of not less than 15%.
  • Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty coverage. There is no charge for repairing products covered by warranty apart from shipping costs.
  • We recommend that products returned by mail be sent via UPS with insurance or other insured postal services. accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit.
